What we collect

When you register for a class or send us a message, we collect the information you provide to us — your name, email address, phone number (optional), and any notes you share. If you pay for a class, our payment processor (Stripe) handles your card details — we never see or store your card number.

Why we collect it

We use this information to provide the class you registered for, to send you confirmations and receipts, and to respond to inquiries we receive. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.

Who else sees your data

The only third parties that may process your information are:

• Supabase (database + authentication) — stores your registrations and messages.
• Stripe (payments) — processes payments you make.
• Resend (email) — delivers confirmation and transactional emails to you.
• Vercel (hosting) — hosts the website.

How long we keep it

We retain registration records for as long as needed for our operations and any legal/tax requirements. You may request deletion of your personal data by emailing info@hameeminstitute.com.

Cookies

We use a small number of cookies that are strictly necessary for the site to function (e.g. to keep you signed in when you visit the admin area). We don't use cookies for advertising or third-party analytics.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. We'll change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when we do.
